Visit records and guest communications are kept for the duration of your stay and a reasonable time after. Ticketing records and visit history are retained longer, as we may need to reference them for future visits, season passes, or special events.
We do not sell guest information. Data is shared only with the partners who help us operate Navolix — payment processors, safety systems, and event coordinators — and only the details they need to do their job.
Access to guest data is restricted to essential staff, and all information sent through this site travels over an encrypted connection.
