A booking request through this site is an enquiry until confirmed. A ticket purchase is final once we've confirmed your dates, package, pricing and any special requests in writing.
Each experience at Navolix is limited in capacity each season. If an attraction requires maintenance or cannot accommodate your group, we'll let you know promptly rather than oversell.
All ticket prices are set before purchase, and payment is typically required at booking. Any balance due for premium experiences is collected before entry.
Lighting, atmosphere and guest interactions vary across each visit and zone. Photos cannot capture every detail of your experience. These natural variations are part of what makes Navolix special.
We process every ticket with care and activate access once your booking is confirmed and paid. If you experience any issues entering a zone or using your bonus spins at Lucky Games Hall, contact us within 24 hours and we'll resolve it.
Experience packages booked for your specific group or date cannot be refunded unless cancelled by Navolix, since they were reserved for you alone.
The photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to the studio. Ask before reusing them and we will usually say yes.
We stand behind what we make and will put right anything that is our fault. We are not responsible for damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse or accident.
